Safety is everything to us.  As long as you pain and injury free we can make sure your training progression is undisturbed.  Our Safe strength training programmes are the cornerstone of Restore Strength experience. Our clients train with us to build up stronger, healthier, disease resistant bodies.  

Time Efficient Workout

We want to see you twice per week. Our average workout is approximately 25 to 45 minutes. You’ll be working out under supervision of from the first to the last exercise in your personalised programme. We promise you Maximum Results in Minimum Time. is very clear: For best results, strength train less, but strength train harder.

Results Delivered

No matter what is your personal fitness goal we will make sure you get stronger every session by progressive resistance exercise. On average our customers perform 3 to 6 extra repetitions when comparing to independent training. Every session is a perfect competition you vs. you. We will make sure you maximise your results every session.
