My name is Adam and I’m an advocate of Evidence Based Strength Training and 8 Laws Of Health including exercise, nutrition and rest to mention just few. I’m recovering from a lower back injury that change my perspective on fitness industry and radically shifted the way I train now myself and my clients. I’ll be always walking the talk of pain free, resilient and strong body everywhere I go. I’m loving  every God given day I’m blessed with.
