YOUR COACH

Adam was born and raised in a small town in the West of Poland. From a young age he was very sporty and became interested in basketball age 15 when he represented his local college team for 5 years. During this period he picked up many sport related injuries including bulged disk that left him immobile for 3 weeks. This agonising experience sparked his interest in preventative strength training in order to get back to the game, after being told by his doctor he will never play again.  He became qualified personal trainer in 2006 and upgrade his qualifications few years later while at Kieser Training a leading High Intensity Training brand.
